Thermory USA is pleased to announce the appointment of Cristian de Rosa as Chief Executive Officer. A proven leader within the organization, Cristian steps into this role after serving as Northeast & Great Lakes Building Products Territory Manager, where he built strong relationships with partners and customers while driving growth across key markets.
Cristian succeeds Mark Challinor, co-founder of Thermory USA, who stepped into the role of interim CEO in 2025. Mark will now return to his role as Chief Financial Officer, while continuing to serve as an active member of the Board of Directors. Cristian’s appointment signals a new chapter for Thermory USA as the company continues to build on its strong foundation and accelerate growth across North America.
