Thermory USA is proud to announce a significant expansion of its distribution network with the addition of Overseas Hardwood Company (OHC), the expansion of J. Gibson McIlvain Company’s territory, and a new partnership with Dallas Cedar. Together, these strategic moves strengthen Thermory’s presence across the South, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Texas markets—bringing premium thermally modified wood products closer to customers nationwide.
New Distributor: Overseas Hardwood Company (OHC)
Thermory USA is pleased to welcome Overseas Hardwood Company (OHC) as a new distributor serving Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and select areas of Texas and Alabama. Headquartered in Stockton, Alabama, OHC brings strong regional expertise, established customer relationships, and a commitment to high-quality wood products.
“We’re very excited to welcome Overseas Hardwood Company to the Thermory USA distribution network,” said Cristian de Rosa, CEO. “Their deep industry knowledge, strong customer relationships, and commitment to quality align with our mission to expand access to high-performance, sustainable wood solutions.”
This partnership enhances Thermory’s ability to serve the South Central U.S. with reliable access to thermally modified wood, supported by OHC’s knowledgeable team and service capabilities.
New Distributor: Dallas Cedar, Dallas-Forth Worth
Further strengthening its footprint in Texas, Thermory USA welcomes Dallas Cedar as a new distributor serving the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. With nearly 50 years of experience, Dallas Cedar is a trusted name in high-quality lumber, building materials, and project support.
Operating its own mill in Waco, Texas, Dallas Cedar specializes in custom sidings, mouldings, and specialty profiles—offering tailored solutions and unmatched flexibility for builders and contractors. Their hands-on approach, expert guidance, and commitment to quality make them an ideal partner to represent Thermory in the DFW market.
J. Gibson McIlvain Company Expands East Coast Territory
Thermory USA also celebrates the continued growth of its partnership with J. Gibson McIlvain Company, which is expanding its Thermory distribution territory to include the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. Having successfully supported the Southeast U.S. for the past two years, McIlvain will now offer Thermory’s full product portfolio along the entire East Coast—from Maine to Florida.

McIlvain will support this expansion with regional inventory, architectural specification support, CEU programs, and both on-site and virtual consultations.
